Posting Date Claims

The 2019 Captain America Big Bang Posting Date Claims will be on September 21, 2019.
Posting Date Claims will be done via Google Forms on a first come, first-served basis. There will be a link to the live spreadsheet that will show the timestamps of when we receive the Posting Date Claims forms.
- Posting Date Claims will be allocated in the order that forms are received. The Google Forms will be sent to you via email.
- Forms submitted with less than five (5) unique dates listed as choices will be asked to resubmit.
- Forms that include dates outside the specified posting period of October 12 to November 12 will be asked to resubmit.
Please be advised that the form questions are in image format and auto-fillers will not function.
Prior to Posting Date Claims, we will provide a Posting Date Claims Calendar where you can view all the available slots per date.
Posting Date Claims forms will be emailed to authors. They will need to claim the team’s posting date, or enlist the help of a proxy if they’re unavailable to make a claim.
Authors, you and your teammate/s must discuss and agree on a preferred posting date before submitting a Posting Date Claims form. If your summary was claimed in Round Two, you will only have one posting date for both collabs.
If you cannot make it to Posting Date Claims, proxies are allowed. See section on Proxies below.
More specific information regarding Posting Date Claims will be sent to you through email.
CAPBB 2019: POSTING DATE CLAIMS TUTORIAL
It’s almost time to claim your Posting Date for the 2019 Captain America Big Bang! We’ve put together the following tutorial to make sure that everyone knows what to expect.
You will receive links to the CapBB 2019 Posting Date Claims Calendar, Posting Date Claims Form, and Posting Date Claims Results Sheet in your email. Posting Date Claims opens on September 21st, 04:00 AM UTC (what time is that for you?) and will end on September 28th, 11:59 PM UTC (what time is that for you?).
As we will be manually filling in the CapBB 2019 Posting Claims Calendar, there may be a time lag between your form being submitted and the slot being allocated. We will officially notify you of your final posting date through email.
HOW TO SUBMIT A POSTING DATE CLAIM:
The form is currently not accepting submissions and will open on September 21st, 04:00 AM UTC (what time is that for you?).
1. Check the CapBB 2019 Posting Date Claims Calendar to see the slots available in a day.

- If a cell is white, it means that slot is still free.
- If a cell is green, it means that slot is claimed.
Note that your team can post anytime after posting begins on October 12, 2019. You must complete posting your collaboration anytime in your timezone on your claimed posting day.
2. Fill out the form with your email address, your username, and your summary number. Please double check that you have filled in these details correctly as we will be using the summary number to update our files.
A copy of the Posting Date Claims form will be emailed to the address you provide.

3. Your first five (5) date choices must be unique and written in the MM/DD/YYYY format. You have the option of submitting three (3) more dates.

Note:
- Forms that include a duplicate date in the required first five (5) choices will be asked to resubmit.
- Forms that include dates outside the specified posting period of October 12 to November 12, 2019 will be asked to resubmit.
