capbb | WHAT'S NEW

Thank for your continued interest in the Captain America Big Bang! While we had a great first year with you all, we want the Bang to be even better! To do so, we’ve made some changes for the 2019 edition.

The CapBB is officially moving to Dreamwidth capbb, in light of Tumblr’s change of Terms of Service. All information for 2019 and masterposts will be posted in this community. We will continue to crosslink our information to our Tumblr and Twitter accounts.

This year, we’ve separated our information into different sections to better help guide you through our Big Bang process. We hope you can give this a readthrough before signing up!

We have two (2) check-ins this year (See Schedule)

We’ve updated our second check-in requirement for the artist draft (See Schedule)

We’ve provided a detailed explanation of what counts as a standalone work for the CapBB (See For Authors Section in Rules & Requirements)

We’ve added an Author’s Note space in the summary slides for claims (See For Authors Section in Rules & Requirements)

The art requirements for gifsets and photosets have been updated (See For Artists Section in Rules & Requirements)

POSTING

Posting and crediting methods have been revised (See Posting)

You may opt to promote your masterposts by cross-posting on Twitter and Tumblr (See (OPTIONAL) Share your Collaboration on Other Platforms Section in Posting)

We’re moving the optional CapBB group chat to Discord. The CapBB Discord will open once sign-ups start. (See FAQ)
